Real Estate Experience

I worked as an executive assistant to the most amazing property manager and real estate investor in Seattle (learn more on my blog below!) last year and learned a ton from her! I am really good at rental pricing and filling houses right away!

I recently purchased my first house! I rented out 3 out of the 4 rooms in the house and am able to cover all of the mortgage payment.
